It all started when...

Carmen Thomas was around 16 years old and she had a dream of owning her own designer boutique. She loved Fashion and Interior design magazines, (she was framing her future by cutting and pasting pictures at a very young age.)  This boutique would specialize in designing the exterior and interior of a woman to become the unique, exquisite GEM she was created and destined to be.  This includes the space of the woman and how she sees her home and office with her very own signature style and fragrance of who she desires to be.  

Carmen believes that every woman was created with gifts and talents or assets, if you will, lying inside and just waiting for the perfect opportunity to be discovered.  Once the unveiling of the discovery, then the identity begins to take shape.  The woman no longer sees herself through the cloudy lens, but she sees through the clear lens that reveals a glimpse of who she is and the dreams of her pass begin to take shape which produces the unveiling and launching of the assets that had been buried deep within.  Now, it's time for the GEM inside to arise for all the world to see the magnificent splendor of God's Great creation!
