Carmen has been gifted with the ability to "see." She is perceptive and can see things about businesses or people that others cannot. TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP HELD IN NOVEMBER

It all started with Harry Bonner, Hazel Lias, and all the other community leaders in Albion. Mr. Bonner became aware of one of Albion's graduates from the class of 1980 (Carmen Bradley) doing some great community Transformation development work or on a social-economic mission to eliminate poverty, while finishing up her Doctorates Degree in Transformational Leadership with an emphasis on transforming culture. 

He reached out to Carmen, who is on a crusade to transform communities, and the momentum continues.

On Nov. 16 the Albion Transformation and Community Empowerment workshop was facilitated by Carmen Thomas, Exec. Director of Transformation Empowerment Solutions (Transformationbycarmen.com) and Transformation GEMS (Transformationgems.com).

The theme for the workshop was "Imagined If" Our city was thriving with several successful businesses, grocery stores, high school, hospital, dry cleaners, and all the generations in the city working together in unity intentionally focusing on one common goal which is to execute and deliver a better city and create legacies for our children's children.

The results started with partnerships and connections being made and voices being heard and respected.

The discussion and collaboration have begun for the transformation of Albion. Stay Tuned Carmen will be returning in the sping of 2019.
